This dec month got a big catch for me. Happen to sign up a cm with 670k annual income. Call me back for max cap loan. If being approve for 8x cl she can take a 400k loan then i get $4,800 comm on her alone. Finger crossed because the procedure is very hinderous with TDSR policy and risky trade for bank to grant up to 8x cl. 

If i close her i shall buy my dream bag from prada! 

Fuck!! This bag is a no joke can? All serious and elegant. Very loud yet in a subtle approach. Total blow me off when the saleman open the side with an a4 folder compartment. This is what i had been looking for. 

Went to paragon to have a look and see it is whooping $3,480!! I cannot part with this money unless my loan gets approved. That will be my motivation! I marry anyone who buy me this as a present. 

Instead i stumble upon this nice card holder and decide to invest in it. $360 for just this small little card holder. But for the functionality and style, i think its totally worth it and i love it so far. 

Mo chen one of the top sale from my batch. An example how being in a right team and given the correct assistant can make such a big different. 

Just put up a good fight for nov month target. Remember i was always shorting on loan, surprisingly nov i sail through my loan with 72k due to my able to convert and ping pong the staff loan. One cm and i hit my target. Last week for me is an all out 7 days at instant branches. Fight ntb and slide app for instant and i was happy that i catch up my 11 ntb in the last 7 days. Also noting that i return paul loan by giving one ntb back. 

Korean bbq with van and brough ipad mini retina. I think i might had overspent this month. Fuck. 

Van's paycheck for the month in cash ^^ earn more than me. If our income can be subtained, buying palm oasis is not a dream anymore. However i don't think our pay is subtainable. We were both in the quick cash industries. 

Change long phung with my ntb alicia

Alicia treat long phung because i sign for her myself as an ntb. Of cos i gonna rip her off like nobody business. Her comm for me alone is 100+. Must make my first time worth while. 

Being alone is good. Zuo wu zuo bo. Drive around, shop around and dine around. Mian gao dai sibo. Spending money on urself is feeling so good. Pamper myself for my hard work and stop paying for people who don't deserve to be treated. 

 

One of the best treat is yummy yogurt, it is van's and my favorite. 3 topping always, cranberries, fruity pebble and gronola. Try! This is my best combo $6.10 nett. 

After city hall go dunno what ling goon jap place for sukiyaki. Dunno what ling ggon but just try out. I must agree eating in restrauant alone seems a little bit weird, like i am tourist like that. 

Dabao j co donut back for van and myself for supper later. Hao eh. This month left 2 days, and i am still 2 ntb short. But geh geh la. Ciao

Happiness can come in cheap and expensive forms

Oct paycheck had a slight increacment due to higher number of ntb and good shield rate. I had slight out performed sept. Still remember how i open 8th gate for loan a few entry back. This is the payback for working hard at the last few days :)

$3789 + $2600 = $6300 (gross income)

$6300 x 0.36 = $2300 ( cpf contribution)

This month i am struggling for ntb :( Left 4 days i am 7 ntb short, normally if u break down average days ratio, it is very hard to hit comm this month. However a lot of ppl say don't give up, last few days are the time where efficency is the highest. 

I agree. Give up and miss comm is a no no for me. Even if u had to tried ur hardest effort to preserve the comm. just like women viginity. You steal, snatch and fight back not to give in to temptation of giving up, cause the momet you open the leg once, there is not sanarity in the future. So miss comm is a big no no. 

Looking at the income, is it wise to give up my 40 hours work week for a 72 hours work week?!?!?' No life extremely no life. The more you move into sales hour, you lifestyle naturally force you to go late hour entertainment. And that is where you expense keep increasing. You want to buy entertain in the most little time, you want to skip all the foreplay and get into business straight away. And all these straight away happiness doesn't come cheap as well. But the is the con of working a 72 hours work week. 

Shabu shabu at En Japanese a good example of how money can be lit with areosline and burn like nobody business. 

It is inevitable not to increase ur expenses when your income increase. When i work freelance i had time to watch movie and play game, all these is cheap entertainment and i am equally happy. But now if you ask me to watch movie and play games it would be kind of stupid and unproductive. 

Eating a bowl of wanton noodle is equally filling. So why is ppl spending so much on food?

I believe happiness can be coming from cheap way and expensive way. Though latter can be more of an unhealtier choice. 

Citi updates and i am still on track

Kekee. Got my cards slowly coming in from Citibank, OCBC, Standard charter, Maybank and DBS. I waste no time in using them recklessly. You know the first time getting credit cards should let my hair rara for a little right?

Why applying so many cards and from so many banks? Because end of the year, MAS gonna kick in some regulation to restrict credit cards and personal. You can't get too high credit limit and you don't borrow as much as it used to. And it gets harder approval. 

Having financial insitute giving you credit limit for overdraft borrowing will be a financial leverage. For future investment or fund raising for project this is the proper source to get your credits. Moreover, singapore banks offers some of the lowest interest board rate. You ask the indians EP. They would promptly agree, just see they take up rate. 

Most banks offers 2x to 4x of your monthly salary and next year you can get only 12x your monthly income. 

Wah these 2 days i really "in your head, in your head, zombie zombie zombie bie bie" went grand hollywood then v6 then to v5. Party till 5am in the morning. And the have to go holland branch at 9:30am the next day. But overall going out with dso is nice. Feel like young again. And nowadays people quote me at the age of 25 - 28. I believe my mojo is having a spike this few months. 

Just suddenly felt like indulge so pull one if the dso to go sushi teh with me. Just randomly spent $80. At least now i don't have to worry about where to eat. 

Recently so many picture of myself taken at my booth. Reason being that boss is mirco managing me and want me to take photo share location and call with branch phone to make sure that i am not abandoning booth. Get a feel on me during working. 

Singapore best vietnamese restrauant Long Phung

Local voted best Vietnamese restrauant and looking at the queue i guess it couldnt be more correct. 

Sitted along joo chiat road 159 and their opening hours had been revised to 11am to 12mid night at the point of writting. 

I went there thrice and the food is really good that it leaves me craving for more. Just avoid lunch and dinner crowd. You cannot believe the amount of people queueing for this small remote eatery. 

I went there with mum at 10pm and guess what? We still having 4 groups of people infront of us. 

I had over order the food as i want mum to taste some of the must try dishes of long phung. 

I shall not go into reviewing the dishes. That is the work of hungrygowhere. I just want memento the nice food for my future reference. 

But i am too dieing to show u my personal favor of all best plus chef recommendation. 

 

CAFE SU DAI, you can't claim yourself having the best of long phing without having a cup of the most authentic vietnamese coffee. Cheers and see you there. 

3rd pair of leather shoes mean i working very hard

In less than 4 months into citi, i am into my 3rd pair if shoes. I now think spending a slightly more into investing into quality leather shoes rather than buying cheap stake from other lousy outlet. My first i brought at icon, second i brought at d&c now my third pair i decided to spend slightly more a get a better one at pedro. 

How? Not too bad right? And i think i need to alter my pant to slimmer fit. I look like one ye wen wear beggy pant. 

Too not bad. Look like one handsome andy lau only. 

Buy a shampoo, conditioner, leave on and a hair dryer combo for $25. Cheap. Hair dryer is good for people with long hair staying over at my place. I even got new bed sheet. Soon gonna get a comfy blanket. Furthermore what can i buy to make my life easier? A blade-less fan!! Don't want to clean fan blades ever again. Asshole. New year coming. This year not gonna be cheapskate liao. 

So long never go 36 because got ban by boss asking me to come office 8:30am everyday. I really step on his tail like time i really kanna micro managed. 

My dream house. Get a freehold apartment. Even mean saying to stay at private condo. 1.2mil is the norm price now a days. Need down pay 240k cash and monthly serving loan of 3.2k. Haizz. I am still far far far away. Hope miracle happen once my bad luck all gone, the good one will come in back again.  

That time go fortune telling, it told me that the time to make a move is lunar calendar jan or feb. hardship will persist then will smooth sail to success. I rather to believe it is true.

I am a man of unrighteousness. I always tend to stand with the "dark side". I love this quote by 2 face, "You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain." - Batman trilogy. Beside i also believe that anything that is good in life is either immoral, illegal or fattening.   

I am so totally behind ashley madison tagline. Life is short, have an affair. Joking! I am not support adultery, but i am just opposing the ban for adultery platform, Ashley madison. I see it as a double standard. 

Recently, one of my friend commented on one of my posting. 

They claim that the casino is different from ashley madison and hence cannot be compared together. I think it is rubbish to say that what is more common accepted in our society would make something less sinful. 

Redlight district brothel is operating literally under broad day light and what about hotel 81 which promote short time by offering cheap rate for 2 hours span. All these shall be banned as well as there is no regulation on wether a single or married men can visit these place. Since assuming a married man can go short time with prostitutes then he had already commited adultery. 

Adultery mean having sexual engagement with someone other than their living spouse. Oh by the way, ashley madison doesn't guarantee you to be hitched and get laid. It takes both hands to clap, ie 2 volentery party. 

Just like casino, people who gamble will be attracted, people who don't, can't be bothered.

A lot have been spoken on marrying a foreign bride. I heard both sides of the story so ultimately, is marrying a foreign bride better or continuing to hunt within our local pool?

 Firstly, not blaming on anyone. Singapore is just not a conducive environment to develop romance. We face competition in day to day work environment and we simply had no time. Just look at the early morning rush in MRT and the footstep of white collar rushing for work. Do we still have time sitting together for a nice breakfast?

Our culture had nurture meritocracy. Men  has a slow start into career due to NS committment. Women had grew independent with their own mind and now longer need anyone to provide for them. Women looking for marry up and men just can't stand women from picking up them from work due to chauvinism. The synergy of balance had been broken. Lower cast of men whom don't earn enough like me just do not have the luxury of picking girl from the local pool. Girls nowadays are smart and intimating. People like me just steer clear from them. Locals are too hot to handle for me, to say the least.

Report saying in year 2012, 40% of the marriage is coming from oversea spouse. Clearly, foreign bride marriage is on the rise. Older singles are starting to look elsewhere for someone to start a family with and taking care of them. 

Marrying a Vietnam bride come with perks like able to invest in land and property at Vietnam, house at vietnam is relatively cheap compared to one HDB we staying over in Singapore. We can bet staying comfortably at retired age and spend time living like a king in vietnam.

However not all marriage end up with a happy ever after. We also come across runaway bride whom main intention is to secure a permentant reaidency in Singapore. Our pink IC worth a lot as it can be the one way ticket to sail out of proverty. I felt women is an ultimate cunning creature, if they are set to fool you, it is hard for u not to take the bait. They are the master of deception, professional seight of hand and a born illusionist. They can act one all innocent but can lie straight in your face without flicking  an eyelid sending you falling into their endless pit of lies until you don't see a beam of light at both end of the tunnel. Carry out you due diligence and background check before trusting these foreigne brides. They have a world of weight on their shoulder, parent ricefield need expansion, cow is sick and sibling school fees all these is real world problem to them.

In my opinion I do not really support the ideal of marriage brokerage and I consider them as human trafficking. It is a little bit toward insulting and against human rights. Because some of the Vietnamese bride are leaving their fate to a complete total stranger with the possibility of a total abuse. You know getting a bride is cheaper than engaging a domestic maid? For maid you still moderated under law, entitles annual leave and medical benefit of course you still need to pay leverage to the government. For $10,000 you are almost guarantee yourself a mindless spouse that had to become the housewife and need to serve the needs of their husband including providing sex after marriage. They are not left with much choice cause the fate lies at the expense of their husband. On the sliver lining, they get their permenant residency in Singapore which subjected to 5 years renewal on the condition that they are married to a Singapore man. They man had all the rights to divorce them if they fails to provide sex after they marry as it is seen as marriage commitment. Worst if they had a new baby which will become a Singaporean, and with the kinship and bond the vietnam mother is left with no choice but to endure all brutality thrown at them in view that if divorce they will lose their PR and be sent back to Vietnam leaving their children behind in Singapore.

Why didn't government step in to ban marriage brokerage like what they do to ashley madison? The police is sending the message clear that selling sex during social visit pass is prohibited and once caught they will be deported and ban from entering Singapore but if you want to make it legit, you have to sell your soul and body for life to a Singaporean.

Year end appraisal for promotion checklist

Checklist checklist check check check. Citibank job is like too good to quit right? No. Actually it is just a small step I am taking to move to a better prospect. It is a break away from the "rat race". I still do not think that working for people is the way of life I want to be. Climbing the corporate ladder is just too mundane and it is not where I want myself to be.

Getting degree move to a stable well paid job and work hard for 8 to 10 years and become one in a managerial position get handsomely paid 7k to 10k a month. Sound not bad but just not my cup of tea. You can perceive me as trying to cut corners in life, but who say that you have to travel the path most travelled?

I was to be an entrepreneur and real estate investor. I want to have time to do what I love to do. I want to live my life comfortably without the need to care about money. I want to spend my weekend over at the beach with many nice ladies making out.

See being a real estate investor isn't easy. You gonna break it down. Investing in property even with bank leverage you need at least a 500k cash and monthly income of 30k for down pay on private and monthly mortgage loan repayment. So how to get a 30k income.

You need passive and high paid commission job. Passive income I chosen to have them coming in from entrepreneur in small medium business investment and subletting property earning rental yield. Say 10k from small business and rental yield monthly and 20k from a high paid commissioning job. Also I need to first have capital for investing in small business and in depth knowledge on property market. Hence I need a credit source for my start up loan which can come from borrowing from bank which requires me to have credit cards. I need to be a property agent so that I can learn the market and source for best rental yield deal around at the same time working and earn commission at the same time.

To be quality for credit card I need a job that gives me a monthly income of more than 2.5k and to be successful property agent I need to have leads on high net worth customer as well as a group of high earning circle of friend for lukewarm market referral. Hmmmm... sound like a plan. So how should I start.

Maybe I should find myself a job that earn me a basic of more than 2.5k plus commission so I can first get my credit cards approval for future credit borrowing. And also preferably a job where I can meet potential high net worth customer so that I can keep their name cards for future reference. Maybe the circle of work environment where all my colleague is earning more than 5k monthly for my lukewarm market. A job that is on finance and bank loan is a bonus. Hmmmm... Is there a job around that meets all these requirement.

Eh... why not be a direct sale officer at Citibank?

Hello world. Congrat to myself, last month managed to hit target for my loan hence i will be drawing full comm next month. Ntb is useful for exchange of loan, my loan really cui max, thanks fyn, paul and louis for helping out. 

This week schedule got good booth, 2 days at suntec it show. Hor ehh. Mega location, 40 over citibank dso on site! Over the span of 3 days i have had over 20 customer application. Thanks myself for working hard. 

After booth celebrate birthday for visan. We are so close and helps each other to celebrate birthday. Celebrate mine, jon and visan, now only pending for mandy's birthday. 

I suggest going to paulander since they are having liveband performance. I think visan will like the ambient there. 3 pint per person, we were toxicated!!

Like mandy had said, the group will never be the same if we were to left out either one person. Thanks mandy for reassuring that i wasnt ugly. It helps to boost confident a little. We plan thursday take leave off and mc to go one day trip out of singapore. Looking forward.
