Finally the art is here

This 2 weeks was all about asking peilin out for dating. She insisted its not dating but just outing.  I introduced shanghai dolly and we went that to try beer, wine and cocktail.  We went to eat one of the so call best korean bbq in singapore at tanjong pagar. I was not impressed.  We also hang out at arcade to play a 3D game that cost $6 for 1 credit. Damn expensive.  I went down Ikea to source for idea to renovate my house and i like small space concept and i like the room to be darkly lit with very cool ambient like these 2 picture above. Neat tidy and simple. And the TV need to have a proper dimension vs the distance from sofa. Cannot too big if not it will be very stress. I will also want to have sound system at home too. 

Well done. For month of February i became the superstar for topping casa overdraft and credit cards. Loan is always the area that i am lacked in. Not because of my effort, its just that if you choose the ntb path if almost impossible for you to focus on loan.  Thats why thise who topped loan can't be able to top at the rest of the categories. If you asking me if focusing Ntb gains you the most return? Good and bad. Loan is great and value for the time vs effort return of investment but not all people can get 500k loan every month.  Finally tried G force reverse bungees jumps at clarke quay on an implusive and intoxicated night. Thanks peilin for treating. Peilin was kind and gentle person to hang out with.  Now we run out of closing pose for 9:30pm and we had to use letter. All getting innovative.  Now thats my signature preaching pose to customer. My mojo to mesmerize customer. :)

Getting a pet is not as simple as it seem. They are cute to cuddle but takes a long time commitment to maintain. Dog needs to be trained and visit vet once in a while and it is not cheap.  First visit to vet found that the dog have cold and cough so after vacine the bill comes to 200+ accessories and food cause monthly fee as well.  Back home the dog needs attention and excerise so you have to part with time to accompany the dog and teach them simple command.  1 week into our house Tobi still couldnt recognizehis name. Totally not responding to name calling and simple command like "no". He bite almost anything and destructed our internet cable while my mum sleeping in the living room. He will cry at night if he didnt see us. Whine when i leave my house. Sometime he might pee outside his designated area. He also starts humping us showing sign of adulthood. Many problems.  But we are awarded with him jumping all over us when we got back from work. Very sweet.
