Oct paycheck had a slight increacment due to higher number of ntb and good shield rate. I had slight out performed sept. Still remember how i open 8th gate for loan a few entry back. This is the payback for working hard at the last few days :) $3789 + $2600 = $6300 (gross income) $6300 x 0.36 = $2300 ( cpf contribution) This month i am struggling for ntb :( Left 4 days i am 7 ntb short, normally if u break down average days ratio, it is very hard to hit comm this month. However a lot of ppl say don't give up, last few days are the time where efficency is the highest.  I agree. Give up and miss comm is a no no for me. Even if u had to tried ur hardest effort to preserve the comm. just like women viginity. You steal, snatch and fight back not to give in to temptation of giving up, cause the momet you open the leg once, there is not sanarity in the future. So miss comm is a big no no.  Looking at the income, is it wise to give up my 40 hours work week for a 72 hours work week?!?!?'

Kekee. Got my cards slowly coming in from Citibank, OCBC, Standard charter, Maybank and DBS. I waste no time in using them recklessly. You know the first time getting credit cards should let my hair rara for a little right? Why applying so many cards and from so many banks? Because end of the year, MAS gonna kick in some regulation to restrict credit cards and personal. You can't get too high credit limit and you don't borrow as much as it used to. And it gets harder approval.  Having financial insitute giving you credit limit for overdraft borrowing will be a financial leverage. For future investment or fund raising for project this is the proper source to get your credits. Moreover, singapore banks offers some of the lowest interest board rate. You ask the indians EP. Local voted best Vietnamese restrauant and looking at the queue i guess it couldnt be more correct.  Sitted along joo chiat road 159 and their opening hours had been revised to 11am to 12mid night at the point of writting.  I went there thrice and the food is really good that it leaves me craving for more. Just avoid lunch and dinner crowd. You cannot believe the amount of people queueing for this small remote eatery.  I went there with mum at 10pm and guess what? We still having 4 groups of people infront of us.  I had over order the food as i want mum to taste some of the must try dishes of long phung.  I shall not go into reviewing the dishes. That is the work of hungrygowhere. I just want memento the nice food for my future reference.  But i am too dieing to show u my personal favor of all best plus chef recommendation.    CAFE SU DAI, you can't claim yourself having the best of long phing without having a cup of the most authentic vietnamese coffee. In less than 4 months into citi, i am into my 3rd pair if shoes. I now think spending a slightly more into investing into quality leather shoes rather than buying cheap stake from other lousy outlet. Checklist checklist check check check. Citibank job is like too good to quit right? No. Actually it is just a small step I am taking to move to a better prospect. It is a break away from the "rat race". I still do not think that working for people is the way of life I want to be. Climbing the corporate ladder is just too mundane and it is not where I want myself to be. Getting degree move to a stable well paid job and work hard for 8 to 10 years and become one in a managerial position get handsomely paid 7k to 10k a month. Sound not bad but just not my cup of tea. You can perceive me as trying to cut corners in life, but who say that you have to travel the path most travelled? I was to be an entrepreneur and real estate investor. I want to have time to do what I love to do. I want to live my life comfortably without the need to care about money. I want to spend my weekend over at the beach with many nice ladies making out. Before then i thought news are suppose to be true and relevant. Probably i was too navie back then.  During election 2011, many netizen and young voters are being exposed and influented greatly under new social media and main stream media like newspaper and broadcast could not pull off their dirty trick like last time, the LKY time. After the popularization of new media, i notice news had been more transparent and contemporary. I begin to start reading back newspaper.  Under MDA new framework, i think website with unqiue of more than 50,000 daily need to place security bond of $50,000 and if anything MDA think that is against racial, regilious or poticial harmony, the site is required to remove them within 24 hours...... Hello world. Congrat to myself, last month managed to hit target for my loan hence i will be drawing full comm next month. Ntb is useful for exchange of loan, my loan really cui max, thanks fyn, paul and louis for helping out.  This week schedule got good booth, 2 days at suntec it show. Hor ehh. Mega location, 40 over citibank dso on site! Over the span of 3 days i have had over 20 customer application. Thanks myself for working hard.  After booth celebrate birthday for visan. We are so close and helps each other to celebrate birthday. Celebrate mine, jon and visan, now only pending for mandy's birthday.  I suggest going to paulander since they are having liveband performance. I think visan will like the ambient there. 3 pint per person, we were toxicated!! Like mandy had said, the group will never be the same if we were to left out either one person.
