KL trip

I haven't been blogging for so long, I almost forgotten my log in password. Phew... how long had I been gone? Now where do I start. See, I quitted Sembcorp, the company that had sponsored me my study. With gratitude but blessed that I am gone, for good. I commit to myself never to wear shirt and pants to work now. And yes, I am now comfortably dressed in my T-shirt, 3/4 pants and slippers to work. Ya I know, I do not have professionalism.

Family update now. Parent is going through the divorce and my dad is refusing to sign the fucking paper unless he is being given 50% share on the HDB flat which he did not even contributed in mortgage. My mum is responsible for the payment through CPF, he has the cheek to rip my mother's effort. Cold hard cash leh. Gold price on the rise and I lost my bag of gold in my house. I estimate that it worth at least a 8k now. Its gone and the culprit still on the wild. I really should not have let my guard down despite he had been gone for 6 months. The day he was back, goes my gold. Bravo. stupid me.

Mum got retrenched from her company and I had convinced her to run her shop as a mobile phone dealer. With absolute zero background and knowledge, she is receiving healthy profit first month into the business. Blessing here. See the nicely decorated shop in blue ocean theme.




See her big smile on the face. Priceless. On my to do list is to buy her a business and run her free time at shop managing the business, this is the closest I can get now. At least I am the one who help her set it up running.


For my business "BUYINCASE" its not doing too good. Due to poor location and lack for proper management. We are planning something ahead and I am confident to being it back to a shiny state of gold dropping tree. Not so good news, our branding website had been taken down due to similarity of another company named "INCASE" and they had patented the trademark. We had our reason and I am ready to fight and justify my case however due to lack of capital to engage legal assistant, I gave up the domain to them. 

Now I need a new company name, any idea??

Travelling oversea. Not so much except for one recent "NOT SO EXCITING" trip to KL. Some picture for the days before i close this entry. Enjoy.

Is finnciti a scam? a layman perspective

Recently, thru a friend introduced me a platform finnciti (previously known as smicap) where you can multiple your investment in folds. The return as per quoted is up to 100% just by holding your investment on hand. I was skeptical and interested at the same time so I went online to do a little research on my own. It is not difficult to return result by just searching: "Is finnciti a scam" or "Is smicap a scam". Reviews were in mixed bag. Some mention that they earned big bucks and its a platform for normal people to get richer while some other point out some resemblance of a scam structure and therefore classified finnciti as a scam platform. I am a layman using basic logic to analyst the concept and by no mean I am advising to invest or against it. But in my humble opinion, ALL INVESTMENT POSSESSES RISK AND PLEASE BE PRUDENT WHEN DOING ANY KINDS INVESTMENT AND ONLY INVEST IN YOUR MONEY THAT YOU CAN BEAR LOSING .
