We crash year 3 lecture..

Okie, today Mr dum dum cancel the lesson after the break.. Basically 3 hour free man. I got sembcorp rehearsal at 6pm so basically Shi Hao and me just hang around in school.

Then me saw 9:30's EWT classes. We had an evil thought. We want to crash lecture. So we just followed those EWT into their combine lecture with year 3 CEE student. In LT 51A. I realize that the teacher teaching them the water treatment module is the Ang Mo teacher I saw this afternoon.

We listened attentively for the lesson. To better prepare ourself for 'year 3'.
That's the Ang Mo teacher I see this afternoon.

We were getting bore very soon. As she was speaking on some 'bar rack' filter stuff for water treatment. Some hydraulic loss.. and I can still remember the formula she taught vividly in my mind.

H loss = 1/0.27 (v2 - V2 /2g) maximum hydraulic loss to be 0.6m - 0.7m

See I am not bluffing.. We really listened to the lecture loh. But we hope that she can give break so that we can run out of the class man. Surprisingly, when she call break right, she walk up to me and tell me that she can recognize the boy this morning. She knew from the start that we are not purpose to be in this lecture..

So after Sembcorp rehearsal, I went home to prepare my shirt for tmr actual ceremony. Wah, I looked damn smart in the shirt and tie loh.

On a happy note. I received a surprise cheque from my insurance ($118.25) . They owe me that very long liao. And I find out that I had a $150 from school. I assume is the RSP money. And I find out that I got a reward in NP of $130 for my result... And lastly I am getting GST rebate of $250 end of april. Wah, suddenly rich a bit liao :)

Changi NEWater plant opened

SINGAPORE : Singapore’s largest and most advanced water reclamation plant — the Changi Water Reclamation Plant — will open next week. The pumping station at the new Changi Water Reclamation Plant is as high as a 25—storey building. The station collects all used water from the deep sewerage tunnels via gravity. The water then undergoes a treatment process at the plant before being discharged into the sea. Part of that treated water will be processed into NEWater when the NEWater plant, which is being built on the rooftop of treatment facilities, is ready. The NEWater factory which will be operational by May next year can produce 50 million gallons of treated water daily. This is equivalent to the volume of water in 90 Olympic—sized swimming pools. PUB said the Changi Water Reclamation plant stands out in its land use. "The designers have incorporated a space saving design concept — things like stack treatment tanks and also stack treatment facilities like our sludge treatment facil

Is finnciti a scam? a layman perspective

Recently, thru a friend introduced me a platform finnciti (previously known as smicap) where you can multiple your investment in folds. The return as per quoted is up to 100% just by holding your investment on hand. I was skeptical and interested at the same time so I went online to do a little research on my own. It is not difficult to return result by just searching: "Is finnciti a scam" or "Is smicap a scam". Reviews were in mixed bag. Some mention that they earned big bucks and its a platform for normal people to get richer while some other point out some resemblance of a scam structure and therefore classified finnciti as a scam platform. I am a layman using basic logic to analyst the concept and by no mean I am advising to invest or against it. But in my humble opinion, ALL INVESTMENT POSSESSES RISK AND PLEASE BE PRUDENT WHEN DOING ANY KINDS INVESTMENT AND ONLY INVEST IN YOUR MONEY THAT YOU CAN BEAR LOSING .
