They said that conjuring is the scariest movie of the year. I was skeptical and went up the net to read the review. I always trust tomatoes review and they had a 85 rating. Not too bad i thought. One line within the summary caught my eyes, "the movie is given R rated not because of gore and violence, but purely because it is too scary."
I was elated and became so excited that i need to go watch it in the theater or regret for the rest of my life. Well it didn't disappoint luckily. I went on a crash date with estelle whom prospect me for survey at tiong bahru. I mean this really scare the crap out of me. The movie is breathless. It kept me anticipating for the moment of surprise but kept procrastinate the surprise. As you thought the "saw" director mocking you when you thought you know it all, but you don't try to guess his plot. It something very new.
Example the child try to peek under the bed, you thought the director is going to give you a scare under the bed but no. It just didn't. You are constantly holding your breadth. The air of anticipation is so thick you can cut it with a knife.
I jumped out of my seat a couple of times and bitting my fingernail all the time. I was so engrossed into the scene i swear out loud in the theater.
I am glad i went watch it. We both had a good scare. It really didn't disappoint.
