Impulse purchase Kia

I had so much to blog right now. Don't know what is the best way to list down. My Sembcorp renovation project almost done. I would want to dedicate one time good blog post for that.

BUYINCASE had been set up and running, would like to write that as well.

However today, I like to brag about my new impulse purchase. I brought an OPC car, yeah! I have been thrifty for too long, i should have pamper myself a little. People ask me the reason to buy a car, simply say its to motivate me to thrive to earn more and pay for my liabilities.

My rationale is this, I had been a natural saver due to my upbringing of my very conservative mother. I was taught the rationale of "saving for the raining" day. Too much that now I am a very good saver as well as label as the "niao" man. The repercussion is that I became home bound because that is the only place where you can spend time without spending a single cent. I can't say that my youth had been wasted without much street exposure. In turn became more stupid , introvert , short sighted and limited people networking.

Being a saver has other disadvantages like compromising quality of life. As inflation increase, our pay still remain, so a natural saver will find ways to save more and more, to the extend of compensating luxurious / essential items. My life had been miserable too long, it has to stop.

Instead of saving more and more, we had to explore earning more and more. Of course people say easily that let money work for money and for that to happen we had to first had money. That was my initial code of practice. Now I am sourcing out start up without money. Not going to tell you how.

Alright some photo of my car.

Wao right!!! Haha, no lah. Went JB with my Mum and they kind of having this event to showcase hot modified cars. Mine is a picanto Kia and don't think there is any reason to show my car. Haha ciao.

Changi NEWater plant opened

SINGAPORE : Singapore’s largest and most advanced water reclamation plant — the Changi Water Reclamation Plant — will open next week. The pumping station at the new Changi Water Reclamation Plant is as high as a 25—storey building. The station collects all used water from the deep sewerage tunnels via gravity. The water then undergoes a treatment process at the plant before being discharged into the sea. Part of that treated water will be processed into NEWater when the NEWater plant, which is being built on the rooftop of treatment facilities, is ready. The NEWater factory which will be operational by May next year can produce 50 million gallons of treated water daily. This is equivalent to the volume of water in 90 Olympic—sized swimming pools. PUB said the Changi Water Reclamation plant stands out in its land use. "The designers have incorporated a space saving design concept — things like stack treatment tanks and also stack treatment facilities like our sludge treatment facil

Is finnciti a scam? a layman perspective

Recently, thru a friend introduced me a platform finnciti (previously known as smicap) where you can multiple your investment in folds. The return as per quoted is up to 100% just by holding your investment on hand. I was skeptical and interested at the same time so I went online to do a little research on my own. It is not difficult to return result by just searching: "Is finnciti a scam" or "Is smicap a scam". Reviews were in mixed bag. Some mention that they earned big bucks and its a platform for normal people to get richer while some other point out some resemblance of a scam structure and therefore classified finnciti as a scam platform. I am a layman using basic logic to analyst the concept and by no mean I am advising to invest or against it. But in my humble opinion, ALL INVESTMENT POSSESSES RISK AND PLEASE BE PRUDENT WHEN DOING ANY KINDS INVESTMENT AND ONLY INVEST IN YOUR MONEY THAT YOU CAN BEAR LOSING .
