SD presentation

Today SD presentation is a full dress. IE I had to fix myself into the horrendous formal wear. Hot and tight like hell. Overall, the other 2 groups had an out standing presentation. Specially, I like the way Daniel carried himself while presenting. Thumps up.

Yesterday, I spent the whole day rendering my 1 minute video walk-through from Rivit 9. Not spendid but I thought it was well done at least. It was a crucifying process. To my horror, Sim 3 game on PC can do better. Somemore excluding the time for rendering. Sadded.

Now most of the project are due. I felt very much relieved. At least the examination will be leaving solely to myself. Not being reliance to other is good. I had a whole one week for study break. I should not give myself excuses that I do not have the time to study.

So talking about uni. I had initially chose NTU as I wanted to specialize more on technical and hands on aspect. They were ranged first class in technology fields. However, the location was too far and getting to Ngee Ann was already a torture, so let along to NTU. Moreover, there are a lot of "Ah Tiong" and I had already tiong enough. I want to jiat gan dan already. I hope all my friend speak English. Is it so difficult?

NUS will be closer to my house, although Semb wanted to sponsor lodging, I still want to be able to go home as and when I want. I had the impulse to get into Environmental Engineer cause I thought more of them speak English than Chinese. Yeah I know, 90 percentile is 3.96. It's hard to get in, but I will try. If I tio Enviroment I still can appeal for Civil.

I don't mind starting to work now, but I know end of the day, I will still need to get a degree. It only sooner or later. All my friends are getting cars and house. So envy them.

Is finnciti a scam? a layman perspective

Recently, thru a friend introduced me a platform finnciti (previously known as smicap) where you can multiple your investment in folds. The return as per quoted is up to 100% just by holding your investment on hand. I was skeptical and interested at the same time so I went online to do a little research on my own. It is not difficult to return result by just searching: "Is finnciti a scam" or "Is smicap a scam". Reviews were in mixed bag. Some mention that they earned big bucks and its a platform for normal people to get richer while some other point out some resemblance of a scam structure and therefore classified finnciti as a scam platform. I am a layman using basic logic to analyst the concept and by no mean I am advising to invest or against it. But in my humble opinion, ALL INVESTMENT POSSESSES RISK AND PLEASE BE PRUDENT WHEN DOING ANY KINDS INVESTMENT AND ONLY INVEST IN YOUR MONEY THAT YOU CAN BEAR LOSING .
