I cooked fish today

Follow up on our Lobster-li-ous meal at Manhattan Fish Market. Recently we just can't get enough of Omega3. We seems to keep getting back to Manhattan and Fish & Co. for more and more fish. I can't get over the lobster. Not just lobster, its FLAMING LOBSTER. Plus the sources... OMG....

So I go and learn to cook fish myself. For Valentine candle light dinner!! I am going to prepare grill fish and red wine. For when we get tipsy, we can savor the night for..... *evil grin*

So of course the fish I prepare must pass the OSHA and ISO9001 standards. So today I went for a trial run. Basically tried 2 methods before taking the best of the 2.

Pan Frying

Ingredient: Catch of the day, ginger, 5 star butter, oil, pinch of salt and pepper, 花叼酒 and Johnnie walker. YES! Its whisky!!!

Oven Grilling

So like wedding dinner, pre testing. I ate them up for my dinner. And yes, there is eggs. I love eggs and all that protein it gives...

We are busy preparing ourselves for Valentine. First V together. And the very very very first time for her. I had to do once very special so that she can stick it inside deep deep. So she already made me an album of us. Main randoms picture plus most of it from Shen Zhen.

That trip to China/Hong Kong was a precursor to our relationship, it meant very much to both of us. I am grates she took the efforts to turn it into a hard copy. Opps, I must have been studying too hard.

It show it here to appreciate her work lah. Oh btw, the date is not the date we got together. Its the date she do the album. Strange... Don't test me, I still remember the date we got together 16th Sept 09. Wah almost 5 months liao leh. 说这是迟,那时快.

Changi NEWater plant opened

SINGAPORE : Singapore’s largest and most advanced water reclamation plant — the Changi Water Reclamation Plant — will open next week. The pumping station at the new Changi Water Reclamation Plant is as high as a 25—storey building. The station collects all used water from the deep sewerage tunnels via gravity. The water then undergoes a treatment process at the plant before being discharged into the sea. Part of that treated water will be processed into NEWater when the NEWater plant, which is being built on the rooftop of treatment facilities, is ready. Is finnciti a scam? a layman perspective

Recently, thru a friend introduced me a platform finnciti (previously known as smicap) where you can multiple your investment in folds. The return as per quoted is up to 100% just by holding your investment on hand. I was skeptical and interested at the same time so I went online to do a little research on my own. It is not difficult to return result by just searching: "Is finnciti a scam" or "Is smicap a scam". Reviews were in mixed bag. Some mention that they earned big bucks and its a platform for normal people to get richer while some other point out some resemblance of a scam structure and therefore classified finnciti as a scam platform. I am a layman using basic logic to analyst the concept and by no mean I am advising to invest or against it.
