Kicked out of house

Our house keeper wants us out of the house, on a reason just because we left the heater on too long and the electric bill is killing him.

"you are an adult, not a ten years old kid. I can't believe I gave you a discount. You don't care at all, because Coliban is paying the rental for you. $600 for my electric bill!!" - Graham

I initialed a discount on the first day, that pathetic $10 every week and he was crying like a baby. I mean literally he looked like he was breaking down as he spoke. You have to understand that if no ground rules were set at the beginning, you can't really blame us right now. You should had spoke nicely because now I think you made yourself looked like a wimp.

"I come into the room, it was like 30 degree. And you have your fan on because it was so hot, that's stupid" - Graham

I admit it was kinda stupid when you had to warm the room with a heater and then turn on the fan, but the problem is the heater do not have a adjustment setting. Its either on or its off. The fan was to ventilate the air in the room. And what was wrong about bringing the temperature to 30 when it was like 5 on the outside, its freaking cold okie. And thats the whole purpose of the heater.

Then he goes on and on about we didn't off the light while we were away and other kind of shit.

Now Friday he will be moving us to another bagpacker motel, claiming that the house was booked through the weekend. That other bad packer was poorly lit and ventilated. Foul smelling and humid. More like a refugee camp. No heater somemore. I guess he was really pissed.

He can't just do that, we had paid for the room here already. Now downgrade us wasn't fair. But anyhow, we treats as we offset for spending too much electric. You see, we are civilized people. We are not so petty.

Speaking of that, I will not have internet access there over the week end... Will be back on Sunday night.

Changi NEWater plant opened

SINGAPORE : Singapore’s largest and most advanced water reclamation plant — the Changi Water Reclamation Plant — will open next week. The pumping station at the new Changi Water Reclamation Plant is as high as a 25—storey building. The station collects all used water from the deep sewerage tunnels via gravity. The water then undergoes a treatment process at the plant before being discharged into the sea. Part of that treated water will be processed into NEWater when the NEWater plant, which is being built on the rooftop of treatment facilities, is ready. The NEWater factory which will be operational by May next year can produce 50 million gallons of treated water daily. This is equivalent to the volume of water in 90 Olympic—sized swimming pools. PUB said the Changi Water Reclamation plant stands out in its land use. "The designers have incorporated a space saving design concept — things like stack treatment tanks and also stack treatment facilities like our sludge treatment facil

Is finnciti a scam? a layman perspective

Recently, thru a friend introduced me a platform finnciti (previously known as smicap) where you can multiple your investment in folds. The return as per quoted is up to 100% just by holding your investment on hand. I was skeptical and interested at the same time so I went online to do a little research on my own. It is not difficult to return result by just searching: "Is finnciti a scam" or "Is smicap a scam". Reviews were in mixed bag. Some mention that they earned big bucks and its a platform for normal people to get richer while some other point out some resemblance of a scam structure and therefore classified finnciti as a scam platform. I am a layman using basic logic to analyst the concept and by no mean I am advising to invest or against it. But in my humble opinion, ALL INVESTMENT POSSESSES RISK AND PLEASE BE PRUDENT WHEN DOING ANY KINDS INVESTMENT AND ONLY INVEST IN YOUR MONEY THAT YOU CAN BEAR LOSING .
