Attended 2 talks that 'supposes' to be enriching and useful to me. They turned out to be other wise. The long marathon for presentation skill were talking stuffs which I already knew when I read self improvement books. Basically after the 4 hours talk, the message conveyed to me was
"the only way to conquer stage fright is to keep practicing".
Duh.. Does he needs 4 hours to bring across this message?
But nevertheless, the speaker has a very interesting character and relate his point with a lot of personal experience and humor. Very captivating and keep think about all the moral of the story.
I suggest that one way to counter this, is to wrank it every night, as the blood gashing in will flush all those fatty deposite out of your vessels.
The second one is about quitting smoking. I never really scare or motivate me from quitting. But I am working hard on planning how to quit smoking now. Seriously, I am really planning now, trust me. I will be declaring my quit date after I plan out all the things. Will dedicate one blog for it :)

I lost the bet with Liwen about the traffic light button. I say that even without pressing the button, the green man will still light up. And to carry out this experiment, we took one side of the road each to block people from pressing the buttons. After one round, the green man did not light up when it suppose to. The people were very agitated by me when they had to stand under the sunlight and I didn't press the button. In the end, those people jaywalked across. ;P
