It commonly practice that when you are buying a pant, you estimate it by buttoning up the pant and wrap around your neck to see if it fits your waist. Why? Because thumb of rule say so. 2 time around your neck give you measurement of your waist. But do you know,
"Rule of thumb"
2 time around your thumb is 1 time around your wrist.
2 time around your wrist is 1 time around your neck.
2 time around your neck is 1 time around your waist.
Your height is estimated to the span of your distance between your 2 middle finger, from one end to the other.
The length of your foot is estimated to be the length of your forearm. (elbow to the bone at your wrist)
The distance between the end of your eye to below your nose is the height of your ear.
Amazing. I tried it, you should try it out too.
