    For prepaid, follow the setting closely, you should be able to access. Alternatively, you can call singtel to send you the singtel setting by sms. Cheer

  18. cheahk10:57 pm

    I got the HiCard and Samsung Galaxy Mini to work. First you need to dial *363 to activate the data plan. Then you need to go to Settings -> wireless and network -> mobile networks -> Access Point Names. Press menu button (bottom left on phone) -> New APN.

    Name = hicard
    APN = hicard

    Leave everything else blank or default. Hit the back button (bottom right button) and it will save that setting. Then click and highlight that new hicard APN you just created.

    Check that under Settings -> wireless and network -> mobile networks, that "use packet data" and "data roaming" is enabled.

    You should be good to go now. Launch "Internet" and type in an address and it should work.
