Beer is good for your health

Well, today I am going to discuss some of the mis-concept of beer and some of the health effects of beer drinking.

And I am going to stress that the myth of "beer belly" with beer drinking is false. Beer belly is scientifically proved, associate with over-eating and lack of excise. However the only link I found out between them is "binge drinking". But it can be understood because, if you are saying over limit of consumption cause beer belly. As over eating of bread can also cause obesity. I mean over eating of anything of course can put a few pounces of your body.
"Binge drinking" is described as consumption of 5 glasses of beer in a span of 1-3 hours.

An average beer contains the following:

0 mg of cholesterol

0 g of fat

13 g of carbohydrate

135 g of calories

protein, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and vitamins B, B2, and B6

which means that it is fat-free and cholesterol-free.
wah, shocked by those calories? Don't be, because a same glass of apple juice gives you more calories than a glass of beer.

First things first, peoples are always saying how fatty beer can be. Or saying that drinking beer cause beer belly. These ignorant guys were not to be blamed, because there were just too many speculation about these false facts around us. I was once also affected by these.
Beer is cholesterol free, but beer drinker have a high level of HDL in their blood. Since I already stated that they are good cholesterol which is a protective layer of blood fats.

These uric stones are often flushed out during the "strong current" when we urine.


Be very very caution there, all the above I mentioned is based on moderated consumption. Of course over drinking of beer give negative effects but it will not be discussed there. So last question of the day, how you define moderate drinking. As moderately sound very vauge to most people. A 12 ounce of beer (330ml) everyday is considered healthy and recommended by a lot of doctor. Just keep to this limit will be fine. As a glass a day is healthier than a lot of beer at one shot from time to time.

Is finnciti a scam? a layman perspective

Recently, thru a friend introduced me a platform finnciti (previously known as smicap) where you can multiple your investment in folds. The return as per quoted is up to 100% just by holding your investment on hand. I was skeptical and interested at the same time so I went online to do a little research on my own.
